I went to a major league baseball game last night for the first time in a few years. It was at Nationals Park in Washington, and it was my first visit there. I was struck by the amount of advertising there was and by the way it was presented. I was not surprised to learn that Lexus was the official car of the Washington Nationals, or that United Airlines provided flights for the Nationals. The first surprise was that the pitching changes were sponsored by T-Mobile. Then i noticed the Toyota strikeouts, and the Care First healthy walks, but the ultimate was the Waste Management broken bat.
